• 4 cups Sprite, or any clear soda

  • Blue food coloring

  • 4 tbsp powdered gelatin

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup jelly beans

  • Swedish fish

  1. Pour the Sprite into a pot and dye it light blue. Bring to a boil. Pour ½ cup water into a small dish and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Allow the gelatin to develop for 5 minutes. Add the gelatin to the Sprite and whisk until fully dissolved. Allow the liquid to cool completely.
  2. Divide the jelly beans between glasses and pour in enough jelly to just cover them. Place the glasses in the freezer until the jelly has set, about 20 minutes. Fill the glasses with the remaining jelly and return to the freezer for 20-30 minutes, until the jelly has just set, but still very jiggly. Insert the Swedish fish into the jelly and return the glasses to the freezer until the jelly has finished setting, about 10 minutes.
