- 7 cups boiling water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 6 black tea bags
- 1 habanero chile, halved
- 2 cups ice, plus more for serving
- Lime slices
- In large, heatproof bowl or pitcher, stir together boiling water with sugar, tea bags and chile.
- Steep 7 minutes; strain. Stir in 2 cups ice. Serve over more ice with lime slices.
