• 7 cups boiling water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 6 black tea bags
  • 1 habanero chile, halved
  • 2 cups ice, plus more for serving
  • Lime slices

 

Directions:

  • In large, heatproof bowl or pitcher, stir together boiling water with sugar, tea bags and chile.
  • Steep 7 minutes; strain. Stir in 2 cups ice. Serve over more ice with lime slices.
