• Put rice in rice cooker (about 2 cups).
  • Cut 1 pound of chicken into 1-inch (bite-sized) pieces.
  • Get out 2 tablespoons fresh ginger.
  • Wash chicken with cold water.
  • Take 1 pound of broccoli and chop off heads.
  • Lightly salt the chicken. Lightly pepper the chicken.
  • Lightly coat the chicken in flour.
  • Let the floured chicken sit until the flour is soaked into the chicken.
  • Pour sesame seeds on both sides of chicken (at least ¼ cup).
  • Measure 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
  • Put vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan or skillet.
  • Put chicken in pan or skillet.
  • Time chicken for 3 minutes.
  • Get out a cookie sheet.
  • Flip chicken and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Put chicken on cookie sheet and put in oven.
  • Put garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes into pan.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in 1.5 cups of organic low-sodium chicken broth.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Dump broccoli into pan and cover with lid.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Take lid off and turn off heat.
  • Mix in the oyster sauce.
  • Mix in the chicken.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of sesame oil.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Serve over rice.
