• Turn oven on to 350°
  • Cut fat off bacon
  • Place bacon on cookie sheet (can use sausage instead)
    • If you use sausage, cook it in a separate skillet and then set it aside until you’re ready to use it
  • Cook bacon until one side is brown
  • Flip bacon
  • Cook bacon until other side is brown
  • Chop 1 small onion and 2 peppers
  • Chop up 1 tablespoon of fresh basil
  • Put olive oil in skillet
  • Put 3 teaspoons of minced garlic in the skillet
  • Add peppers and onion to the skillet
  • Put water in pot and wait to boil
  • Pour a 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes into the skillet
  • Mix items in skillet together
  • Put pasta into pot to cook
  • Sprinkle red pepper flakes into the skillet
  • Put 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (can also use oregano) in skillet
  • Put basil into the skillet
  • Break up bacon strips and put them into skillet
  • Put pasta into skillet
  • Mix ingredients around in skillet.
