• Cook ramen noodles according to instructions on package. Do not add seasoning packet.
  • Drain ramen and set aside.
  • Chop up a small onion.
  • Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil to skillet and heat the pan (medium heat).
  • Add onions and ½ cup peas to skillet. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  • While things are sautéing, beat 1 egg in a small bowl.
  • When onions are translucent, use a spatula to push them and peas to one side of skillet.
  • Pour egg into skillet and scramble it.
  • When egg is scrambled, mix together everything in skillet.
  • Add ramen to skillet.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce to skillet. Mix everything together. Heat for another minute.
